Cadillac has a bold new strategy. It aims to introduce 8 new models which includes replacing every model in its fleet by the end of the decade.  All of which will utilize the CT6’s design philosophy.

Cadillac makes it no secret that it has BMW squarely in its crosshairs.  The CTS and ATS take on the 5 and 3 series from Bavaria.  The CT6 takes aim at the 7 Series.  Promising all of the luxury and all the space of its rival the CT6 manages to do so whole weighing the same as a 5 series. The core of this car is its lightweight aluminium and steel frame design.  In total the CT6 features 13 different materials in its design.

Motivating this beacon of new American luxury is the all new 3.0 twin turbocharged v6 is both economical and powerful boasting 400 horsepower.  Now with cylinder deactivation.   The motor will be mated to a new 8 speed automatic transmission driving all 4 wheels. In addition the CT6 will have active 4 wheel steering.

Inside you’ll find the seemingly required exotic woods and leathers. 2 screens for passengers in the back with reclining seats.  The CT6 will offer best in class rear passenger space.

Make no mistake this is the new flagship for Cadillac.  And even though the new CTS and ATS look brilliant their successors will look even better.
