This Nissan GTR Gets A Twist

The 2017 Nissan GTR has been revealed at the 2016 New York International Auto Show and it possesses a redesigned interior that makes the all-wheel drive behemoth a more livable place. More leathers have been added in various surfaces, such as the steering wheel, center console, the passenger dash, and door panels, to add a huge touch of class.

To help introduce the improved GTR, Nissan brought their Corporate Vice President of global product strategy and product planning, Keno Kato, along with four of the five Takumi, the highly qualified mechanics that hand assemble every GTR engine. The Takumi has assembled these latest GTR engines which will possess 565 horsepower, a segment leading figure for standard horsepower. You truly get the sense of GTR evolution as the presser also paid tribute to the previous iterations of the GTR, including the OG GTR: the 1969 PGC10 GT-R.
