Brave Man Pushes The Limit In A Classic 300 SL

Classic rallies are something of dilemma for me. On one hand classic cars, on the other the cars are never pushed. It’s basically a parade of classics from yesteryear. For someone my age that is a bit of a bummer, I never got to see these things run in anger. There is a very good reason owners don’t thrash on their classic cars, some can cost an absolute fortune. Then consider they aren’t very driver friendly and one bad move by one idiot and your priceless machine becomes an inexpensive heap of twisted metal. Take the 1955 Mercedes Benz 300 SL Gullwing. These things can go for hundreds of thousands even millions of dollars. So you could excuse someone for not getting on it during a rally stage. Well, nobody told Daniel Muller. Back in the 2012 Arosa Classic Car rally Mr. Muller, as you will see, is not shy with this particular 300 SL. He even 4 wheel drifts it at one point. I can not accurately describe the level of awesome this is, so sit back and enjoy a classic on the limit.
