VIDEO: Rumored Ford Focus RS500 Looks Seriously Menacing Around The Nürburgring

The rumors were true! The Focus RS500 looks like it’s going to be a thing and has been spied screaming around the Nürburgring. And it looks very gnarly! The metallic gray hatchback looks almost identical to the Focus RS save for the vented hood, a slight drop in suspension, and blacker wheels. The Focus RS already has an industry leading 350 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque coming out of the 2.3 liter Ecoboost engine, who knows what the ‘RS500’ will possess. Perhaps a bored/stroked inline 4 with higher boost? Check out the video of the ‘RS500’ screeching around the Nürburgring below. Whatever is in that car, it sounds quite capable of depleting tires at a very fast rate.
