Four Guys Trying To Be Clarkson, Hammond, and May, Is Way Better Than New Top Gear

If you’ve never heard of The Try Guys, they are four dudes (Eugene Lee Yang, Ned Fulmer, Keith Habersberger, and Zach Kornfeld) hired by Buzzfeed, to put on a web series where they are thrown into different scenarios to ‘try’ them out. This time they were inspired by The Grand Tour show, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, and decided to put on a car show themselves by trying out Demolition Derby for the very first time.

These guys might be an acquired taste for fans of old Top Gear and the Trio. Their methods are more millennial and less crotchety-British-humor, as seen by their attempts to decorate, introduce, drive, and wreck the cars. Regardless, we see flashes of brilliance within their banter and chemistry throughout the 12 minute show, which is what fans of The Grand Tour seek and haven’t been able to find in the new Top Gear.

Check it out for yourself below and let us know how you feel about the Try Guys:
