Is Porsche’s New 911 RSR Any Good? Here’s What The Drivers Themselves Think.

Brand new, LMP2 based Prototype machinery will take to the track in anger for the first time. New GT3 machinery from Acura (NSX) and Lexus (RC-F) headline the GTD class. Lastly Porsche will race debut their latest GT 911 at Daytona. If you subscribe to the Jeremy Clarkson line of thinking this is no big deal. A new 911 race car, it will be exactly like the old 911 race car, etc, etc! However this is without question the most un-911 to ever wear the badge. This 911 is mid-engine.

The boys at Porsche have released this hype video to get you pumped for the Rolex 24 at Daytona this weekend. If you’re anything like me you don’t need extra amping but you should probably watch this video anyway. It is fairly awesome!
