Google Maps Captured Ken Block’s Gymkhana 10 Hooning

Every Skid Will Be Remembered

Ken Block’s Gymkhana 10 brought hooning across the globe to 5 different locations with 5 different incredible cars. What started out on a frozen lake in Sweden eventually ended up on RT66 in Shamrock Texas. Ken Block’s new Hoonitruck left skids all over town and google maps captured the whole thing.

Ken Blocks 914 horsepower Hoonitruck was built by the incredible team at Detriot Speed. The 60s F150 is powered by an Ecoboost engine from a Ford GT Le Mans racecar with a trick AWD system for maximum skids.

Combine the Hoonitruck with Ken’s driving ability and you’ll end up with a town covered in skid marks. Right after the filming of Gymkhana 10 finished up in Shamrock a different car rolled through town, the Google Maps car.

Today on Google Street View you can see the aftermath of Gymkhana and always remember what took place on those hallowed streets.
