Lexus LC500’s Exhaust Note Is Proof As To Why We Need V8s In Our Lives.

Ok. So. Ummmm. Where to begin. Sorry I’m at a slight loss for words after hearing this.

Lexus has taken some nice steps forward with the F line they’ve been enhancing their autos with for the last few years. The LFA has one of the greatest, if not THE greatest exhaust note of the modern era, the RC F and GS F have V8 goodness under the hood, and hopefully there’s a new IS F in the near future.

So when Lexus dropped the LC 500 on us, some of us dropped our panties. Yours truly included. The car is just staggeringly beautiful. And now, we can confirm, that it sounds as beautiful as it looks. Feel free to watch this on repeat all day. I pretty much am.

Is that not EPIC?! I mean, I hate that word, but that sound is just incredible. Lexus has stepped up their game. Now to get the weight down on some of their sports cars and we’ve got ourselves a properly good battle with the Germans.

Come on Lexus, you’ve got the sound down, now hit the gym and get to fighting weight.
