I have less than one year to get in tip top shape for the 2019 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Nationals in Lincoln, Nebraska. In order to bring home a trophy, I need to make significant improvements to my autoxing skills, and since I’m participating in the Solo Spec Coupe class (a spec autocross series for the 2013-2016 Scion FRS and Subaru BRZ), I need to find ways to shed weight the only way I can, by personally losing weight.
