Want To Be In The Grand Tour? Filming Date, Details, And Ticketing Announced

This is it! Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are back to shoot their first episode in Johannesburg, South Africa. They’ve ditched the studio format and instead they will be going from one location and setting up a tent for the audience. We CANNOT WAIT to see how this will look when they stream The Grand Tour on Amazon Prime in the Fall of 2016! According to the booking website the filming date will be Sunday July 17th, 2016. Undoubtedly, the ticket demand will be through the roof! Therefore they will be sending tickets randomly. Here’s a snippet from their website:

After months of deliberation and lots of useful suggestions from the public, for which the guys are very grateful, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have decided that, because they are taking their new Amazon Prime Show around the world, it will be called The Grand Tour, and YOU are invited to join them in Johannesburg for the very first show.

Not only will the guys travel to different locations, but for the first time ever the studio audience recordings will travel every week, all housed within a giant tent.
