Mecum Kansas City Auction reaches 14.9 million in sales

The first weekend of December, 1st – 3rd, Mecum Auctions headed to Kansas City, Missouri. With 701 vehicles in total crossing the block, a 74% sell- through rate was achieved with a total of $14.9 million in overall sales.

The main attraction Red C4/ZR1 Low-Mile Corvette Collection of 15 vehicles sold in its entirety for an aggregate $354,200. The nine car Stampede Collection also saw a 100% sell-through rate and brought in $236,500 overall.

This time, six of the top 10 highest dollar sales belonged to nearly new rides with high style and low miles with the seven – ten being classics.

2.) 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon (Lot S107.1) with 1,055 miles: $167,750

3.) 2022 Ford Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition (Lot S70.1) with 17 miles: $159,500

4.) 2022 Ram TRX Sandblast Edition Pickup (Lot S121.1) with 167 miles: $123,750

5.) 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor (Lot S100): $115,500

6.) 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor (Lot S38): $105,600

7.) 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS (Lot S86): $104,500

8.) 1953 Nash-Healey Le Mans Sport Roadster (Lot F142_: $96,800

9.) 1963 Lincoln Continental Convertible (Lot S134): $96,800

10.) 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible (Lot S173) $96,800
