Today, to celebrate the current success of the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team, Aston Martin announced that they are releasing an exclusive AMR23 Edition for the DBX707, the world’s most powerful ultra luxury SUV. Named for the brand’s F1 challenger, the AMR23 Edition will create a DBX707 that shares a racing identity with the AMR23 F1 car and the Official Medical Car of Formula One.
The Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team has had a fantastic start to the 2023 season. Fernando Alonso started came out strong at the season opener in Bahrain, finishing on the podium and despite recovering from a cycling accident, teammate Lance Stroll finished a few places behind him. Fernando has only continued to shine since with podium finishes in Saudi Arabia, Australia and most recently in Miami. All of this has the team sitting in second place in the Constructor Standings.
Bringing the track to the street along with raising the intensity and road presence of the DBX707 is the aim of the AMR23 Edition. Q by Aston Martin, Aston’s bespoke service, has curated unique color and trim features for the exterior of the car including bespoke Podium Green paint, a unique Q by Aston Martin badge and Aston Martin Racing Green brake calipers.
To underline the connection to F1, there are lime accents on the sculptured body kit that are reminiscent of those on both the AMR23 F1 car and the Official Medical Car of Formula One.
Inside the car, the AMR23 Edition features lime contrast stitching to the Inspire Sport Duotone Onyx Black/Eifel Green interior, carbon fiber veneers and dark satin with carbon fiber jewelry. The AMR23 logo appears on the door sills as well, leaving no doubt about the Aston Martin racing connection.
