The Fast & Furious 8 (The Fate Of The Furious) will be coming to theaters April 14th, 2017, and as always there will be plenty of cars, carnage, and plenty of shifting involved. The other stars of the show, beside Vin Diesel, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Jason Statham, Charlize Theron, and so much more, are also the numerous highly modified cars.
Over the past 16 years of Fast & Furious movies we’ve seen so many different rides get raced, crashed, flipped, and all sorts of busted up. For the eighth iteration we’ll no doubt see many more get destroyed. Scenes like the wrecking ball, the minigun blasting out of an SUV, and the breaching nuclear sub, showcases the amount of devastation our beloved automotive icons will be put through.
Capturing that chaos takes a lot of work and preparation. Mighty Car Mods, one of our favorite YouTubers, just went behind the scenes to look at the different cars used for the movie and how they’re made. It’s not a surprise that each car has many different copies for various duties (Even the movie Bullitt had spare cars)
We can’t wait to see the wide body BRZ go through the streets of New York and seeing Dom ride the completely radical Dodge Charger. If you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t seen the Fate Of The Furious trailer, check it out below.
